A deposit is required for all clients, to hold your appointment time and date. All deposits are non-refundable and only transferrable once. A credit card transaction fee of $1.20, $.91, or $.61 is added to the deposit amount (this fee does not go toward your SERVICE).
The deposit amounts of $10, $20, or $30 will go towards your service!
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NEEDED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
If you choose to cancel or not show to your appointment, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
You may reschedule with a minimum of 1-day notice (24 hours prior to appointment).
All no call/no show clients will not be able to book a future appointment. NO SHOWS along with SAME DAY cancellations will automatically be charged full amount with the card on file.
"No Shows" (clients who do not contact us and miss their scheduled appointment).
Hair (extensions) is no longer a part of the total price provided on the appointment site. When scheduling your appointment, the hair charge is not automatically added to your checkout price. The hair charge will be added after your service; if you decide to utilize the hair we provide, the additional hair prices are as follows:
$5 a pack = Xpressions / Kanekalon braiding hair
$10 a pack = Faux Locs hair
Your card will not be charged until the appointment request is accepted. It may take a couple of hours for your appointment to be accepted. Once the appointment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email/text.
The duration of braids depends on how many individuals are braiding your hair. Times provided are only ESTIMATES. The stylist you choose may not always be guaranteed.
